My Great Commission
Go and spread My word.
A graduation cap, diploma and a glass of champagne.
A speaker’s podium and a projector screen.
Meaning: God defines what a true apostle is. An apostle is one who has “graduated” and lives His word. The education is direct from God. It is in this step when we now apply all that we have learned.
The Great Commission was the instruction Jesus gave to the Apostles after His resurrection:
“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Here, God summarizes the Great Commission in one phrase: Go and spread My word.
